May the force be with you as you attempt to get opening day tickets to Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker, which are on sale now.
Major entertainment outlets, including Hoyts and Events, have released tickets for Episode IX of the Star Wars franchise, which will debut around Australia on 19 December.
Be sure to take some tissues with you because Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker will not only end the three-part series with Rey as the lead heroine and Kylo Ren as the leader of the Resistance, but it will also close the entire nine-part movie saga.
As the movie’s tagline reads: “The saga will end. The story lives forever.”
To celebrate the final installment, Hoyts will host special Xtremescreen and HOYTS LUX* screenings at 12.01am on 19 December, but they’re expected to sell out fast (if they haven’t already).
Meanwhile, Events will also have a midnight screening, along with sales of exclusive collectible items and food combos, which will be revealed soon.
The final trailer for Rise of Skywalker was released by Disney and Lucasfilm earlier this week, and showed that it’ll be quite the emotional viewing with snippets of humour, tonnes of action, and features from the dearly departed Carrie Fisher.
