Witches and wizards from around Australia are invited to what is set to be the most mystical and magical gathering of 2017 – Wizardfest.

The travelling Potter Party – which to be clear, is in no way associated or affiliated with Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling or Warner Bros. – is stopping by not one, not three BUT six cities this year giving more wizarding fans nationwide the chance to taste-test Butterbeer and party with like-minded magic folk.

A mix of party anthems and themed-music will ensure attendees feel higher than if they were under a levitation charm, while Fire Whiskey will be on hand to quench their thirst.

For the first time, Wizardfest will sell a new Potter-inspired beverage – the Transformative Potent Potion. I’m not sure what’s in it, but as Ron Weasley would say, it looks ‘wicked’.

Of course, all drinks will be served in a special glass, which attendees will be able to take home as a souvenir.

Other highlights of the evening will include prizes for the best dressed attendees AND a house-themed photo-shoot.

So break out of your day-to-day Azkaban, toss on your best dress robe, hop on your Firebolt and head to Wizardfest in a city near you:
