Seven galleries of set recreations, high tech-hands on interactive devices and of course, those stunning costumes will give attendees an extensive look at the popular film franchise.

The exhibition is designed to take visitors through Katniss Everdeen’s journey from her humble beginnings in District 12 to her eye-opening ride on the Tribute Train, her first experiences in The Capitol, entering The Games and eventually finding herself as a beacon of hope in District 13.

According to organisers and the Senior Vice President of Location Based Entertainment at Lionsgate, Jenefer Brown, attendees will receive “an unparalleled experience” of the movies.

The Hunger Games: The Exhibition opens on 20 December and runs through to 4 February. Tickets are on sale from 13 September, click here, with entry starting at $37 for general admission or $30 for a concession.
